You may phone or e-mail to make a booking or to discuss your needs. Please note that booking is recommended for Friday and Saturday night and please allow 48 hrs if booking by e-mail. We also cater for small functions, private parties or special occasions. 

We endeavour to use local produce wherever possible, and we are also developing a Healthyeating menu.

To give you an idea of our menu this sample menu below was introduced in December 2009 - menus are changed regularly.
Note that we cannot guarantee that any dish is available and we are constantly updating our menus.
Serving times are 12:00 to 2:30 pm and 5:00 to 9:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. On Sunday, meals are served from 12:00 to 8:30 pm.

Arbroath Smoked Salmon and Prawn Salad

Melted mozzarella and beef tomato layered and drizzled with balsamic dressing and pesto and served with black olives. £4.50

Beer Battered Haddock
Fillet of Arbroath Haddock, fried in crispy batter, made with real ale for flavour. Served with chips and garden peas. £8.60

Succulent pieces of prime, hand cut Scottish beef in a rich ale gravy encased in puff pastry with fresh market vegetables and a choice of chips or potatoes. £8.95
 
Breaded whole tail Scampi 
Whole tail Scampi in crisp breadcrumbs with salad, coleslaw and chips. Ask your server for some of our homemade tartar sauce to finish it off nicely. £8.60

Liver and Black Pudding
